Description:
The object of the procurement is the personal security systems of the service properties owned by the City of Helsinki and managed by its various industries and business establishments (hereafter also simply the system) and related design, installation, dismantling, maintenance and service as well as user training services and emergency services of the personal security service.
The works mainly focus on properties owned and managed by the City of Helsinki, where the following systems Spider, Tunstall, 9 Solutions, Everon and Jablotron are currently in use.
The City of Helsinki (Client) implements in new construction and renovation projects, procurement of systems mainly as part of a tendered construction or electrical contract. The maintenance needs of the systems competed for in connection with the contract in question are carried out within the warranty period in accordance with the procurement contract for the contract project in question. After the warranty period the maintenance needs of the security system are carried out within the framework of the relevant security framework arrangement valid in the city of Helsinki at any given time.
The personal security system is aimed at supervision ensuring the safety of persons working in a certain area or building.
Caregiver calling systems are not included in the purchase, but are tendered as a separate framework agreement by the sotepe industry.
