- In accordance with the participation request and its appendices, a dynamic procurement system for passenger transportation will be established in the welfare area for three (3) years.
The object of the procurement is passenger transportation, which is primarily used for group transportation for work and day activities, as well as other transportationa, which are not ordered through the brokerage center. The purchase does not include the business and leisure trips ordered through the brokerage center according to VPL and SHL. The services are mainly provided with accessible vehicles (local taxis, minibuses, buses). Group sizes can vary from a few people to a large onempiin ryhmiin.
