Ammatiopisto Luovi Oy tenders its personnel and financial management system. Ammatiopisto Luovi Oy is a non-profit organization.
Procurement is divided into two areas, from which separate procurement decisions are made. The supplier can offer one or both areas. For each sub-area offers are evaluated separately. If the supplier offers several areas, the offers must not be linked in any way in terms of price or other conditions.
The procurement unit requests an offer for the following system and service packages:
• Section A: Financial management system including e.g. accounting, sales and purchase invoicing and ledgers and financial planning and monitoring and related options.
• Section B: HR and payroll system including travel management and expense calculation functionalities and related options.

Partial offers smaller than the partial area will not be accepted. Alternative offers are not accepted. The tenderer must meet the general requirements of Appendix 1 as well as separate tabs concerning the sub-areas they offer (A-B.) The prices of the offered services must be indicated in Appendix 2 on the tab concerning the respective sub-area.
