The Helsinki and Uusimaa Hospital District (HUS) is planning a tender for lifting equipment together with other subscribers. The competition will presumably be held during the spring of 2021.
The purpose of this request for information is primarily to obtain information on the following lifting equipment available on the market:
- standing lifts for lifting more than 200 kg
- Light lifts of less than 30 kg (so-called "travel lifts") - lifting chairs and / or lifting cushions weighing less than 20 kg.
The purpose is to clarify procurement issues for these products so that procurement can take place in an appropriate manner.
The contracting entity does not undertake to carry out the procurement. The information collected through the information request can be used in the preparation of the procurement.
