Description:
The acquisition is subject to staff rental services for the City of Helsinki Service Center (later "Service Center Helsinki" or "subscriber"). The subject of the acquisition is described in more detail in the appendices. The acquisition consists of the following areas: 1) Personnel hiring for food and cleaning services(selected three (3) contract suppliers in primary order) 2) Pakkala production plant personnel hiring (selected three (3) contract suppliers in primary order) 3) telephone and welfare service personnel rental (selected two (2) contractors in primary order)The tenderer may offer to all areas or only the areas that the tenderer wants to participate. For each sub-area, a framework arrangement will be formed, to which the number of suppliers described above is selected in order of overall economic advantage, unlessThere will be fewer tenderers or acceptable offers complying with the aptitude requirements. During the contract period, orders are placed on the basis of the primary order of suppliers selected for the framework arrangement, as described in the contract. The need for staff rental services variesQuantitative, time and duration daily, weekly and annually.
