- 1 Background Mikkeli's development company Miksei Oy (MikseiMikkeli) implements the HINEE - Towards carbon-neutral cottages project from 1 October 2025 to 30 September 2027. The project is part-financed by the European Union, the authority that granted the funding is the Southern Savo County Association. HINEE project to promote the energy efficiency and carbon neutrality of leisure living in Etelä-Savo, the extension of the stay in camping and the use of local services, and to improve the carbon balance of camping with the help of sharing and circular economy solutions and by increasing the utilization rate. The project strengthens Etelä-Savo's position as a promoter of sustainable camping. More information about the project https://laiturilla.fi/hanke-esitettely2 Procurement description We are asking you to make an offer for cottage-themed photos that will be produced in 2026 in three seasons (winter, summer, autumn). The pictures support the themes of the HINEE project: energy issues of camping, promotion of sustainable camping, cabin life in Etelä-Savo. This is a reverse tender with a fixed price. The fixed price is 4500 euros (VAT 0%). Work, budget and the schedule is divided into three parts: - Winter: 1,500 €, delivery of photos in March 2026 (or early April) - Summer: 2,000 €, delivery of photos in August - Autumn: 1,000 €, delivery of photos in October-November (note the autumn season) user rights) and invoicing is done per delivered image set (winter, summer, autumn).
