Description:
North Karelia's procurement agency requests to submit an offer for the solar electricity systems in accordance with the request for tenders and its appendices for the Lipei church village school and the Ylämyllyn Patteristo unit, installed in full working order. The customer requires that the contractor has familiarized himself with the construction site and the buildings before submitting the offer. You must visit the destination(s) by 3:00 p.m. on May 21, 2026. The tenderer must agree on the exact time of the familiarization visit in advance with the object's presenter with. The presenters are Tuomo Vepsäläinen and/or Kari Tanskanen (firstname.surname@liperi.fi). If the bidder has not familiarized himself with the object before submitting the bid, the bid will be rejected. The bid is binding and must be written in Finnish. The entire procurement process is in Finnish. The contract must comply with the directly binding regulations of the European Union, Finnish laws and regulations, and regulations issued by the authorities, e.g. structure, equipment, work and fire safety and in terms of electrical safety.
