Description:
The acquisition focuses on the construction of the new building and renovation of the Pielavesi Opinportti school project. Some of the existing school building will be dismantled and the remaining four -story building part will be renovated and will be accompanied by a three -story extensionThe school building and mainly one-story library and sports hall buildings. The contract is divided into the contract, completed in accordance with the plan documents.
Acquisition is divided into five (5) sub-regions:
1) Building contract (main contract)
2) Earthworks and demolition contract
3) HVAC contract
4)Electrical contract
5) Building automation contract
The provider may submit an offer for one, more or all areas. The tenderer may be selected in one, more or in all areas. For each sub-area, separate tender documents must be completed as in the procurement documentshas been described in more detail.
