- Description:
- The request for tender concerns the taking, transport, analysis and reporting/calculation of samples in accordance with the monitoring program and the request for tender, as well as the export of the results to the YLVA system and Kemi-Digi. The sample locations, frequencies and analysis selections are shown in Appendix 3. The work starts on January 1, 2026. To analysis selections and changes can be made to the sampling frequency, e.g. based on monitoring results or official decisions. Sampling can also take place in the area of Pietarsaari's neighboring municipalities, because the wastewater from the neighboring municipalities has been drained to the Alheda wastewater treatment plant.
1. The offer applies to the following samples analysis:
1.1 Waste water treatment plant
-Wastewater coming to the treatment plant (T) 12 krt/a from 1 January 2027 24 krt/a
-Wastewater after the biological stage (B) 12 krt/a from 1 January 2027 24 krt/a
-Wastewater leaving the treatment plant (L) 12 krt/a from 1 January 2027 24 krt/a
- Wastewater from passing the biological stage (O) 12 krt/a, option
-Cleaning sludge 2 times a year
-Measurements performed at the facility in connection with sampling
1.2Aminne water plant - OPTION
- Flotation sludge (F) delivered from the water plant to the Alheda treatment plant 12 times a year and 1 flotation sample application time.
1.3 Sewer network/transfer sewers
- Coming to the sewage treatment plant waste water (4 transfer sewers) 12 krt/a. A wider range of analysis is analyzed once a month from the samples of transfer sewers. As an OPTION, a narrower analysis package is requested.
