Description:
The City of Savonlinna's procurement services is asking for a bid for the demolition of the former daycare, library and teaching building located at Pihjalavesdenkuja 2. The bid is binding and must be written in Finnish. The entire procurement process is in Finnish. The contract must comply with the directly binding regulations of the European Union, Finnish laws and regulations, and regulations issued by the authorities, e.g. structure, equipment, work and fire safety and in terms of electrical safety. The demolition work includes all demolition work on the property including yard buildings, asbestos and harmful substance demolition work, LVIAS demolition work, all street and yard area demolition work, and all street and yard area filling and finishing work in accordance with the tender documents. The preliminary contract period for the site is 15.4.2026 - 2.10.2026. The address of the demolition site is Pihlajavedenkuja 2, 57120 Savonlinna.
