• Description:
• The object of the acquisition is a pilot-scale water treatment equipment that further processes the permeate from the municipal wastewater treatment plant's MBR process and produces recycled water for industry and municipal uses. The purchase includes both the product and service. As for the product, the procurement is about the purchase of hardware. The acquisition does not include rental or leasing arrangements. The product part covers the pilot equipment, which includes the components of the water treatment process and the measurement system for the process efficiency and for monitoring resource management. The service part includes the design, delivery, installation, commissioning and optimization of the device, as well as maintenance throughout the procurement period. In addition, the tenderer must also provide training related to the use of the pilot equipment and technical support during the procurement period. The type of procurement is procurement of goods. However, procurement involves the procurement of services related to the product. However, the product itself constitutes a larger share of the purchase value than service purchases. The purchase is at a fixed price competition. The customer pays a compensation of €50,000.00 (VAT 0%) for the completion of the equipment and related services during the contract period.
