The City of Lappeenranta (subscriber, contracting entity) requests tenders in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The acquisition of the Labor Training in accordance with Chapter 7 of the Law on the Organization of Employment Services (380/2023).growing throughout the country. There are more unemployed highly educated students than ever in the 21st century, and recent graduates have also found it difficult to find work, regardless of the field.
