Description:
The object of the procurement is the flushing, description, draining of wells and various types of clean water services in the city of Kerava. See a more detailed description of the procurement object in Appendix 2 "Description of the procurement object". The procurement is divided into eight (8) sub-areas: Sub-area 1: Description of pipelines and flushingPart area 2: Suction and combined car servicesPart area 3: Draining of stormwater wellsPart area 4: Clean water services for water supply disruptionsPart area 5: Zoom photographyPart area 6: Pressure testPart area 7: Disinfection of the water supply networkPart area 8: Elemental cleaning (pigging) of water pipesProcurement a framework arrangement is established, in which no more than three (3) suppliers with the most economically advantageous offer are selected for each sub-area. The best price-quality ratio is used as the basis for the overall economic benefit. The tenderer can submit a tender to one or more to the subdivision. The number of sub-areas that the provider can receive is not limited, i.e. the provider can be selected as a service provider for one or more sub-areas. The actual contract period is three (3) years. The acquisition also includes a maximum of one (1) year of option. The estimated start date of the contract period is 1.3.2026.
