- THE PROJECT
Kokkolan Energia Oy ("Client") implements a project ("Project") in which an electric steam boiler plant and buildings are acquired for the Voima power plant, district heating battery, pipelines and a pipeline bridge with pipelines to connect the existing and the process to be built. In addition, it is implemented medium voltage transmission connection from the electric roof plant to the nearby Kokkola Energiaverkot Oy substation.
An electric steam boiler plant will be built for the Power plant, which will be connected to the process of the existing power plant.
OBJECT OF PROCUREMENT
The object of the procurement is project-related pipeline and equipment installations, pipelines insulations and pipe bridges. The pipeline is connected to the existing process to the extent specified in the connection point list. The supplier acts as the main contractor in the project and as the main implementer as defined by the legislation.
The main contractor's and main contractor's obligations begin when the construction site phase of the contract begins and end when the contract is completed. The main contractor's obligations also cover the separate contracts procured by the Customer and the installation of equipment purchases to the extent that they take place during the contract period.
The procurement includes all pipelines including brackets and mechanical equipment and instrument installations to be carried out in the Project, insulation of pipelines, as well as the pipeline bridge, excluding separate purchases by the Customer. The stand and lifting work are included in the item of purchase.
