- The object of procurement is a pipetting robot for handling reagents in accordance with the request for tender and its appendices. One (1) bidder will be selected as the contract partner.
Description of the purpose of use
The purpose of the procured pipetting robot system is to operate in clean rooms, producing isolated from patient samplesfrom nucleic acid samples to nucleic acid amplification reactions that meet the quality requirements of diagnostic research for the patient care needs of HUS. The location of the device is a separately defined space reserved for the clean rooms of HUSLAB's Genetics laboratory.
The main purpose of use is kokovepipetting of PCR, ddPCR and qPCR reactions prepared from liver, other body fluids, bone marrow, fresh tissue samples and formalin-fixed samples cast in paraffin blocks, as well as DNA and RNA isolated from cell-free plasma. Pipetting control should be performed by a separate externalwith the help of the work queue control file produced by the ulois system.
The pipetting robot system to be procured must work in accordance with the requirements given in the SFS-EN ISO 15189:2013 standards governing the operation of the Genetics Laboratory and other industry guidelines.
Pipetting is controlled by a separate externalusing the work queue control file generated by the half system. The work queue control file contains the information, e.g. samples, their order, numbers and reagents used, their volumes and well plate position information and it can be in e.g. .txt or .csv format.
