Description:
Public transport services between Palkane and Tampere in accordance with the Route -based Convention. A route -based contractual agreement refers to the license agreement under the Service Agreement Regulation (1370/2007) and the Transport Services Act (320/2017)To handle route services designed by the customer. The content of the right of use is defined in the attached document "General conditions of the Route -based Convention". Traffic under this Agreement is granted a exclusive right in accordance with the Service Contracts Regulationin return for the management of public service obligations through a separate administrative decision. The exclusive right is granted by other existing traffic. The interoperability requirements required by the Transport Services Act (320/2017, Chapter IV Part IV Section 157) are described in more detail in the invitation to tender and itIn the appendices.services
