- The Pirkanmaa welfare area (later also the "Client") requests bids for the implementation of the Pirkanmaa welfare area's strategy implementation program regarding the process of building an organizational culture. (See Appendix 1 Hankwithin the description of the object).
Tuomi Logistiikka Oy is tendering for the assignment of the Pirkanmaa welfare area using an open procurement procedure in accordance with Section 32 of the Procurement Act.
