• Description:
• The object of the procurement is the cost management system of the leisure center of the municipality of Pirkkala. The acquired system is implemented as a SaaS service. The supplier is responsible for the functionality of the service, updates, hardware, data security and licenses. Reader terminals required for three (3) doors. In addition, a separate one-time receipt terminal is needed, which does not open any doors (the instructor lets the space in and monitors registration). The commissioning project is planned to start at the beginning of January 2026 and the system must be available for use 2.5 months after signing the contract. The service contract is valid for a fixed period of 24 months from the date of the start of production use of the subject of the contract (actual contract period). After a fixed contract period the service contract continues until further notice, with notice periods according to the contract.
