Description:
The object of the procurement is the cost management system of the leisure center of the municipality of Pirkkala. The acquired system is implemented as a SaaS service. The supplier is responsible for the functionality of the service, updates, hardware, data security and licenses. Reader terminals are needed for three (3) doors. In addition, it is needed a separate one-time receipt terminal that does not open any doors (the instructor lets the space in and monitors registration). The implementation project is planned to start at the beginning of January 2026 and the system should be ready for use 2.5 months after the signing of the contract. The service contract is valid for a limited period of 24 months from the date of the start of production use of the contract object (actual contract period). After the fixed-term contract period, the service contract will continue indefinitely, with notice periods according to the contract. the relevant requirements and the contract conditions are described in detail in the request for tenders and in the procurement documents attached to the request for tenders.
