Description:
The construction site is located in the Pirtti district in the Pirttilahti marina. A new concrete pontoon jetty will be procured for the site, which is intended to function as both a breakwater and a boat jetty. The contract includes the construction design of the concrete pontoon jetty and implementation in accordance with the requirements of the attached Procurement Program as a ST contract. The contractor for the construction and installation technical works in accordance with this request for tender acts as the main contractor and the main implementer as defined by the legislation in the destination. The scope and quality of the construction site can be seen from the attached procurement program and other attached documents.
