• Description:
• The contract will renovate the PK2 clarification and filtration department of the Pitkäkoski water treatment plant and related functions. In the renovation, the water purification capacity of the clarification and filtration department will be increased and at the same time the process will be fundamentally improved. PK2 of the renovation the construction contract includes e.g. the following works (the list is not complete):- Renovation of the PK2 clarification and filtration department- Renovation of the sediment treatment- Renovation of the lime water clarification plant- Changes to the carbon dioxide supply- Ferri dilution water changes- construction of a limestone building protected from the weather (work subject to a building permit) - renovation of the washing water tower protected from the weather - installation of separate procurements and test operation - arrangements required for phasing - construction of structures that cannot withstand the load of heavy vehicle traffic protection of underground well and canal structures with steel drawbridges in the traffic area of ​​the construction site - support and drainage of trenches and drawbridges for trenches - scaffolding work - construction of underground pipes and their connection to the current process - construction work - machinery and process piping work - HVAC work - connection work with connecting parts to existing structures, pipelines and systems - process and house electrical work - instrumentation work - building automation - process and building automation and security systems cabling work- protections- test runs- pressure tests- demolition work- emptying of pipelines, basins and channels required by the work and the temporary arrangements required by them, plant users close/open the process in use...
