- The object of the procurement is the framework contract arrangement for planning and expert services related to traffic lights in the city of Tampere in accordance with the request for tender and its appendices. The procurement is described in more detail below, and the request for tender is attached service description and planning instructions. The contract period is 24 months (target start date is 15.3.2026), the contract can be extended with a two (2) year option period. The option refers to the possibility of extending the contract under the original conditions. Subscriber decides separately on the implementation of the option period.
