• Description:
• The Finnish Forestry Center is requesting bids for the implementation of the general plan for the removal of migration and dispersal barriers according to Appendix 1. The sites are located in the municipalities of Kolar, Pello and Ylitornio. There are a total of 16 destinations. The offer is requested as a total price contract, where all costs are itemized (see price form). The costs include material costs, planning, work management and implementation costs. The contract offer must be based on the operator's preliminary work based on the general plan to estimate the amount of work and the method of implementation. The offer must be accompanied by a preliminary plan and a statement of work on how the structures according to the master plan are going to be implemented and which work phases and technical solutions the offer contains. Transitional the operator is responsible for the procurement of road drums and other material and all costs. The bids also ask for the unit price cost of any additional works that may be ordered. after the tender in a schedule to be agreed with the customer.
