• Description:
• This is a new request for tenders to replace the suspended one, the procurement target had to be specified. The Forestry Center of Finland is requesting tenders for the implementation of the general plan for the removal of migration and dispersal barriers according to Appendix 1. The destinations are located in Kolar, Pello and In the municipalities of Ylitornio. There are 15 items in total. The offer is requested as a total price package, in which all costs are itemized (see price form). The costs include material costs, planning, work management and implementation costs. The contract offer must be based on the operator's preliminary estimate of the amount of work and the implementation method made on the basis of the operator's master plan. The offer must be accompanied by a preliminary plan and a statement of work on how they comply with the master plan the structures are going to be implemented and what work phases and technical solutions the offer contains. The selected operator is responsible for the procurement of road drums and other material and all costs. In the offers, you are also asked to present those that may be ordered the unit price cost of additional works. The selected operator will make a more detailed implementation plan and implementation works after the tender in a schedule to be agreed with the customer. The selected operator is responsible for the safety management of the construction site. The plan should take into account organizing work and using machines so that the environmental and emission impacts are as small as possible.
