Description:
The subject of the procurement is the repair, alteration and maintenance works of the building construction projects of Kirkkonummi Municipality (later the municipality or the client) and the planning and control services (later the service) included in the projects (later the service) in accordance with the requirements presented in the request for tender and its attachments and in specifications.
Procurement is divided into the following areas:
- Subarea 1) architectural designs (ARK)
- Sub-area 2) HVAC designs (HVAC), Tate 18 task list applies
- Section 3) structural design (RAK)
- Subarea 4) electrical engineering (SAH), Tate 18 list of tasks is applied
- Sub-area 5) automation planning (RAU), the Tate 18 list of tasks is applied
- Section 6) fire engineering planning and consulting
- Subarea 7) GEO planning, Tate 18 task list applies
The customer can require the Service Provider to perform site monitoring and design inspections of the services mentioned above and, if necessary, includes other supervisory tasks.
The service included in the framework arrangement that is the subject of the contract is described in the tender request's appendices 1-11.
The goods/services that are the subject of the request for tender are divided for the purpose of making the offer and further concluding the procurement contract in the section of the request for tender "II.1.6) Information about parts" to the specified parts.
