Description:
The artificial ground water plant has an automatic, scraper-operated vertical valve for raw water discharge. In this design, a new suitable valve is designed for use and all related device renewal, including electrical and automation plans. The device to be designed must be a machine-cleanable fine filter with complete equipment and control centers for filtering raw water (mainly leaves and debris). The new flash does not have to be the previous flash like, but for example a step, multi-bar or plate strip valve can be suitable for the purpose. Technical specification of the previous device: capacity 420 l/s slat 3.0 mm filtered water lake water temperature +0...+25 °C chamber width 1500 mm chamber length 3000 mm channel bottom + 28.40 installation level + 31.65 max water surface, HW + 30.50 min. water surface NW + 30.30 sieve waste unloading level + 32.65 The design of the new valve must include: - Renewal of the raw water valve - Channel dimensioning - Functional equipment of typing-Mechanical contract work description-Electrical design-Automation design-Work description for the implementation of the electrical and automation work-Testing document for the electrical and automation contract The customer will be handed over all plans in both DWG and PDF format These in addition, the following documents must be produced for the implementation contract:- Cost estimate for the implementation of the work- Request for tender documents.- Contract program- Work safety document The tenderer must have at least five references for domestic water production...
