Description : Profiling of the plasma proteome from up to 2500 FinnGen participants in a high-throughput and comprehensive manner (1500 known proteins). The estimated cost for the analysis of 2500 samples shall not exceed the amount of 1,000,000 EUR (one million euro) (excl. VAT). Option for separate contract for in-house service set up.
Depending on available funds, a second tenderer may be awarded a contract at a later stage of the project for the analysis of additional samples with a complementary proteome profiling technology.
