Description:
Sarastia Oy's procurement services is requesting your offer for plastic pressure, sewer, sewer and rainwater pipes together, as well as plastic manholes and electrically welded PEH pipes in accordance with the tender documents.
The procurement is divided into the following parts:
1. Plastic pipelines, wellsand electric welding joints / KANTA-HAeME
2. Plastic pipelines, wells and electric welding joints / SATAKUNTA
3. Plastic pipelines, wells and electric welding joints / KYMENLAAKSO
The competition is conducted through an open procedure, based on which a framework arrangement is formed. For each sub-unit, thelme (3) acceptable bidders. The bidder can bid for one or more sub-assemblies. Alternative offers or sub-offers within sub-assemblies are not accepted.
The selection criteria for the competition is overall economic affordability, the best price/quality is used as the comparison basis-ratio. In sub-assemblies 1 and 3, the weighting of price is 80 points and the weighting of quality is 20 points. In Subset 2, the weighting of price is 85 points and the weighting of quality is 15 points. The selection takes place in order of scoring of the bidders. If several bidders get the same score, the procurement unitoe draws bidders who apply for the framework arrangement. Lottery is an accepted method in legal practice. If the number of bids falls below three, a smaller number of operators can also be accepted as contract suppliers for the sub-unit.
