• Description:
• The TAUSTAKSIHUS corporation (hereinafter "HUS") has tendered the tissue fusion and diathermy assembly HUS 199-2024 (instruments, equipment, generator, supplies) in the fall of 2025. The aforementioned procurement was divided into 17 sub-areas. Section 6 Diathermy device bipolar tweezers/tweezers had to be stopped, because after the deadline for bids it became apparent that the request for bids was partly incomplete with regard to the description of the requirements of the products to be procured. HANKINNAN KOHDEHUS is now bidding on this with the procurement of section 6 suspended in the aforementioned bidding process, i.e. the bipolar tweezers/tweezers of the diathermy device and the wires belonging to them (option). The selection will be widely available for different user needs and units. It is a joint procurement, which the parties are described in more detail below in this call for tenders. Agreeing parties are collectively referred to as "Customer" in the request for tenders. CONTRACT PERIOD The contract for procurement is valid for a fixed period of two (2) years, after which the contract can be extended with two option periods of one (1) year. During the option period, the contract can be terminated under the conditions described in the draft contract. The anticipated total value of the procurement is approx. The anticipated total value of the acquisition has been calculated at four (4) for the contract year (VAT 0%). HUS's share of the total value of the procurement is about 80%, the share of the other participating welfare areas is about 20%.
