- The work must include plowing in yard areas and parking areas for winter seasons 2023-2024 and 2024-2025. The plowing area is mainly a property yard with a walkway and driveway and parking areas. Borderline bike paths, tiled paths, etc. are the responsibility of the property manager. Plowing the school playgrounds and hockey rinks can be agreed with the selected contractor separately. The area to be plowed must be checked before the plowing season begins in the event of possible well covers, asphalt spots, bumps, stones, etc. The subscriber takes care of the surface structure of the yard and, if necessary, fix the problem areas or negotiate with a selected contractor.
