• Description:
• The object of the procurement is the plumbing work for the Children's Center to be built in Honkalamme. Lastentalo is a new building located on the grounds of the Honkalampi Center, where the 24-hour service housing unit for minors, as defined in Section 21 c of the Social Welfare Act, operates for disabled customers. The house has apartments for 14 customers, which are divided into two functionally separate parts of seven apartments, as well as the common spaces of the house. In the second part of the building, which has seven apartments, a permanent supported/long-term housing service is organized and in another part of seven apartments, temporary/short-term housing/care is arranged. Each functional complex of seven apartments is further divided into two functionally independent parts, groups of four and three apartments. The house contains in total, therefore, four functionally independent small group homes, assembled into two separate entities, each of which, in addition to the apartments, has kitchen and living areas shared by the residents of the respective small group home. All the premises of the house are planned barrier-free, including sensory barriers. The contract includes the contract area with construction technical and building technical works, furniture and equipment fully restored to usable condition in the scope according to the plans.
