• Description:
• The city of Kotka (procurement unit, customer) is requesting bids for unit-priced heating and water pipes and gas burners, measurement, adjustment, maintenance and installation work in accordance with the request for bids and its appendices. The work on the properties is done by the hour billable, repair, maintenance and alteration works of existing properties. The supplier is responsible for work management. Tasks can be e.g. one of the following: 1. Water and heating pipes or valves are renewed or repaired2. Sewerage systems are renewed or to be fixed3. Water fixtures or summer water systems, pumps are renewed or repaired4. Gas and condensing boiler maintenance and burner work5. Maintenance work related to air water and geothermal heat pumps (not refrigeration work)6. Heat and water network insulation work7. Measurement and adjustment work of heating and water networks. Repair and maintenance work mainly includes work in properties such as daycare centers, schools, sports buildings and other service properties maintained by the municipality, where users' actions and safe toimintatavat. Usually, the maintenance works only concern part of the building. The procurement procedure creates a one (1) year framework arrangement, for which four (4) suppliers are selected. Suppliers are selected for the framework arrangement based on the offer comparison in overall economic order of preference.
