- The Ministry of Social Affairs and Health (hereinafter ”STM”) and Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (hereinafter "THL" or “Customer” ) request your tender for Pneumococcal Vaccines for risk groups belonging to the National Vaccination Programme in Finland. The contract period is about one year 2024. The procurement contains three options to extend the contract for the periods 2025, 2026 and 2027. Estimated quantity for the contract period depends on the tendered price since the total price for procurement is fixed and the total cost for this procurement is 650,000.00 euros (excluding VAT) for the contract period. Estimated quantity for the option periods is about half of the annual amount for the contract period. The contract will be awarded to one Supplier based on a comparison of tenders. Tender that is economically the most advantageous will win the competition. Please note that all times given in the Call for tender refer to local time in Finland.
