Description:
Riveria, the North Karelia educational community association, is requesting offers for asset management services for the full power of attorney for stock and interest investments in accordance with the request for tenders and its attachments.
North Karelia educational community group Riveria's assets to be invested are approximately 20 million euros. The tender includes tsave a share of around 20 million euros. 3 asset managers for equity and fixed-income investments are being sought through a tender to manage this asset lot, which means that the outsourced portfolio will be approx. 6.7 million euros per asset manager. The contracts are valid until further notice.
Optionalll service providers do not have the exclusive right to produce the services that are the subject of procurement. At a later stage, the investor reserves the right to increase or decrease the investable assets of the fund managers.in accordance with the limits allowed by the plan.

Measures and procedures for the start-up phase are negotiated separately with the service providers when signing the contract, in which case the contract with the selected fund managers defines the time frame for the agreed investmentspolicy is followed.
North Karelia Education Municipal Corporation Riveria's goal is to ensure high-quality, responsible and competitive asset management in accordance with the investment principles of the capital entrusted with asset management.
