Description:
Polkkakuja 1 washrooms and kitchens;- Washrooms and saunas (13 pcs), separate toilets (6 pcs) and kitchens (13 pcs) will be renovated- The site's service water pipes will be renewed (mainly) and water meters will be installed in the apartments (14 pcs)- Plumbing works in the contract (electrical works as a separate purchase by the customer)- Approximately 2 apartments under construction at the same time (the apartments are mainly occupied during the renovation works)- The contract period per apartment is about 4 weeks/apartment- The contract period is around April 2026 - December 2026 (to be agreed separately)- Applications are being sought for the project building permit, the contract includes the appointment of a responsible foreman and supervisor foreman as well as other obligations according to the building permit - More detailed content in the contract calculation documents
