Description:
The city of Pori is asking for offers for full proxy fund management.
The euro amount of the City of Pori's competitive assets, which is invited to offer, is about EUR 300 million. Three different asset managers will be sought through the tender for this assets, which means that the outsourced individual asset management portfolio will be approximately EUR 100 million. Initially, in the baseline, asset management portfolios are approximately EUR 100 million on a basis by asset. The procurement has not been divided into parts because the aim is to implement a comprehensive asset management service with the same content between three selected operators. Partitioning would not be appropriate because the content of the service is uniform and its effective management requires uniform procurement procedure and contract structure.
