Description:
Pori's civil service is asking for bids for protective sheeting (installation and removal of floor protection sheets) of Pori's Karhuhalli artificial grass for the period 1.1.2026 - 31.12.2026 + possible one (1) option year. Karhuhalli's artificial grass (size 7,000 m2) is protected with plywood sheets for various public events such as fairs and others. in connection with. After the events, the protection made on the artificial grass will be dismantled. in accordance with the announced events- Transporting the records from the outdoor warehouse to Bear Hall and installing the records in the hall- After the event protective plating dismantling and transporting the boards back to the outdoor storage. The measures are carried out in accordance with the instructions given by the city (appendix 1). Equipment - The city assigns two (2) forklift trucks with operating and safety instructions to the contractor.
