- Pori Stadium offers excellent conditions for practicing, enjoying and competing in athletics, the athletics stadium also offers schools, organizations and municipalities the opportunity to organize various sports and outdoor events suitable for the area. The Technical Department of the city of Pori requests tenders for the renovation of Pori Stadion's maintenance building in accordance with this request for tenders and its appendices. The athletics stadium was completed in 1966, the field was fundamentally improved in 1982, 1992, 2004. The purpose of the fundamental repair work is to update the quality level of part A of the maintenance building to today's guidelines, quality requirements and to significantly reduce the environmental impact of the materials used. The contract will be implemented as a total price contract between February 2, 2026 and July 3, 2026, including construction engineering (RU) and HVAC work. The electrical contract (SU) will be implemented as a separate contract. Contract offers done according to the attached pdf plans and documents. The total price of the contract for construction engineering and building engineering works is thus given, including all works and accessories, in accordance with the tender documents. The comparison criterion for the contract and the basis for selecting the contractor is the total price. Bidders are not compensated for making an offer, nor if the procurement process is interrupted before the procurement decision; the customer is not obliged to compensate the bidders for the costs incurred by participating in the process.
