• Description:
• The contract includes the demolition of the old structures of the bird tower, the hidden stall and the plank path leading to it, and the construction of new ones on Pornainestenniemi to the extent indicated in the contract documents, in accordance with the tender documents, with all related work and complete with purchases. The contract includes the basic improvement of the plank paths leading to the hidden stall. There are approximately 310 meters of path to be renewed. The principle drawing of the implementation is in the appendices "Pitkospuumoduli A 2.3.2017". Can be made from long stuff while building on site.- 3 pieces of spreaders with a width of at least 2 meters and a length of 3 meters will be placed along the boardwalk. the public areas service of the city's urban environment department, which also acts as a subscriber in accordance with YSE 98. The works according to the contract documents must be ready and received, as well as the inspections required by the authorities and inspection institutions held as approved on 31 March 2027. The type of contract is a total contract, where the contractor selected for the work acts as the main contractor acting as the main contractor as intended by YSE and the legislation. The contractor is responsible for site management duties and about site services, which also apply to the separate contracts of section 1.8 of the contract program and the developer's separate procurements of section 3.4. The work is done as a total price contract.
