• Description:
• Porvoo vesi requests your offer for Porvoo's artificial ground water plant and Sannainen's existing water plant and of the main contract for the construction of water mains between artificial groundwater plants, according to the attached tender documents. New for limestone alkalizing based artificial groundwater plant will be built to replace the current lye alkalizing plant. Newly the raw water treated at the water plant is pumped from existing strainer tube wells. The current water plant is normally in use during the construction of the new plant and will be decommissioned after the new facility is completed and commissioned. The contract form of the project is a shared contract. The contractor of construction works acts as a main contractor (main contractor) in accordance with YSE 1998 and as intended by legislation (VNa 205/2009) as the main contractor, who is responsible for the safety of the construction work. The contract for instrumentation and process automation works (IA contract) is implemented as a side contract subordinated to the main contract. The tender documents are sent to the operators who have signed confidentiality agreement and returned it to the customer. The confidentiality agreement is attached to this notice. The confidentiality agreement should be returned to johanna.tikka@porvoo.fi. The contract must be completed and the facility must be in use at the latest 30/10/2027. The project language of the project is Finnish. The customer requires that the person making the contract offer has familiarized himself with the construction site and the conditions prevailing there, in accordance with YSE 1998 § 32, together with the customer before the offer...
