Description:
The acquisition focuses on expert services related to the municipal control of the City of Lahti (streets, parks and other public areas) for years 2025 -2029. The City of Lahti has systematically collected information and property information related to infrared management since 2015 from. At the start of the activity, the focus was on the measurement of the streets fitness level. After the first round of measurement is completed, the timeliness of the information has been maintained through smaller measuring entities. The focus of property management has shifted from collecting fitness data to refining and utilizing information. The purpose of the service agreement is to continue on the line of operation according to previous activities. The service provider to be selected is expected to become familiar with the customer's current condition and make a plan on how to keep the material up to date with the lightest measurement of the new technology Opportunities. The service under the procurement is based on the following areas: - Property Management Expert Service - Current State Analysis - Determination of Service Levels - Analysis of Fitness Information - Explanation of Financial Needs - Programming - Practical Implementation - Tieto Recovery and storage in more detail the principles and objectives sought by the service agreement are described in a document attached to the invitation to tender in the Lahti City Principles of the City of Lahti. The estimated value of the acquisition throughout the acquisition period without VAT is 820,000 euros.
