Tuomi Logistiikka Oy is requesting bids from market players approved for the Pirkanmaa welfare area's order for the dynamic procurement procedure for health care imaging and research services (565539) for the internal procurement procedure for the tender: Clinical examinations and procedures of the mammary gland. Clinical examinations and procedures of the mammary gland refer to examinations and procedures that are performed for the patient's symptoms, previously diagnosed breast cancer or elevated based on breast cancer risk. The service provider can produce clinical examinations and procedures of the mammary gland at its permanent offices in Tampere and, if separately agreed, elsewhere in Pirkanmaa. The procurement includes the following service products:• Mammography examination with reports • Magnetic resonance imaging of the mammary gland with reports • Ultrasound examination with reports • Ultrasound-guided needle biopsy - Core needle sample including microscopic examination and pathologist's report - Vacuum samples including microscopic examination and pathologist's opinion • Stereotactically guided needle biopsy - Vacuum sample incl. microscopic examination and pathologist's opinion • Ductography • Cyst puncture The contract period starts on 01.01.2026 and is valid until further notice. The expected volume of the procurement is approx. 1,600 studies/year. The anticipated volume of the procurement has been calculated based on the 2024 data of the service to be procured from the municipalities specified in the service description.
