- Helen Oy is implementing a modular liquid-to-liquid heat pump setup to Helsinki, Vuosaari. Heat pump module will produce heating to Helen's district heating (DH) network. The scope of this specified procurement was the delivery and commissioning of heat pump module consisting of liquid-to-liquid heatpumps installed inside a container or a custom made module ready to be connected to liquid networks and power supply. The Procurement was executed as negotiation procedure according to Act on Procurement and Concession Contracts in the Water, Energy, Transport, and Postal Services Sectors(1398/2016).
