Kela plans to tender for the transportation and distribution of centralized printing letter mail to customers in Finland in accordance with the Service Description. The postal code of the requested bids is plannedby region. The bidder must bid for at least 500 zip code areas in order to participate in the tender. Based on a tender, Kela plans to select one (1) service provider for each zip code area, with whom Kela enters into a service contract. KingOne contract is made with the selected service provider for the postal code areas it won in the tender.
