- This is an invitation/request for information for a market dialogue (not a preliminary notice, procurement notice or request for tender). No offers are given in the request for information, but by signing up for the market dialogue, you indicate your willingness to participate in procurement planning.
Object and goal of the procurement: Kela plans kiIt offers centralized letter mail transportation and delivery to customers in Finland in accordance with the Service Description. Offers are planned to be requested by zip code area. The bidder must bid for at least 500 zip code areas in order to participate in the tender. Kela plans to choose ton the basis of a tender, one (1) service provider, with whom Kela enters into a service contract, will implement the service for each zip code area. One contract will be made with each selected service provider for the postcode areas it won in the tender.
Market dialogue: Request for informationThe purpose is to get comments on the procurement requirements. Kela sends interested parties drafts of the RFP for free comment and a few more specific questions.
Participation: Service providers are asked to indicate their willingness to participate in the market survey by e-maildirectly to the address svetkapalvelut@kela.fi by 21.03.2024.
