Description:
The object of the procurement is the transportation and distribution of Kela's centralized printing letter mail to Finland. Letter mail is picked up in Jyvaskyla. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in appendix 1 Service description.
The procurement procedure is a negotiation procedure exceeding the EU threshold value, in which at this stage the bidders(candidates) submit their participation application.
Kela has a valid service contract with a third party. Kela aims for significant cost savings from mailing costs compared to the current situation. The purpose of this negotiation procedure is to acquire more framework contract partners for Kela (1-3 pcs) to transport and distribute letter mail from Kela's centralized printing in Finland.
The procurement procedure starts with the publication of a request for participation in the Hilma notification channel, and all request for participation documents are electronically and openly available to everyone in the Tender Service. In the procurement procedure, I guesskki willing suppliers can submit an application for participation in accordance with this request for participation and its appendices.shipping and distribution to Finland.
