- TeeSe Botnia Oy Ab is asking for offers to enter into a framework arrangement for PR and brand products for the needs of the city of Vaasa, the municipality of Isokyroe and its other owner communities. Brand and PR products are slightly differentsmall handouts (e.g. reflectors, pens), more valuable handouts (e.g. mugs, bottles, cloth bags) and textiles and accessories (e.g. T-shirts, colleague shirts, tube scarf, beanie). The intended use of the products is, for example, the following:
- to be held at events and occasions and jproducts intended for distribution
- products intended for distribution for marketing purposes
- for own use, e.g. products given to staff for this purpose
In the procurement, the basic products of the subscribers are tendered, for which a price is requested. The final contract product selection fitsn in cooperation with the selected contract suppliers.
In addition to these products, customers have the opportunity to purchase other PR and brand products from the product selection of the selected contract supplier, for which the supplier determines the product group-specific discount percentage. The discount percentages are not affected by the offersfor comparison.
Two (2) contract suppliers will be selected for the procurement contract by sub-area and the orders will be placed in order of priority. The operating model of the framework arrangement is described in the draft contract attached to the request for tender.
