- The welfare area of Northern Ostrobothnia will provide the prime person with a pre-person coaching management section. Coaching will be carried out in small groups with a maximum of 35 participants. During the procurement period, the coaching entities are to be implemented for three (3) coaching groups, ie up to 105to the person. The group can only be replaced with a predefined reason for justified reason. First -to -form coaching consists of four (4) four (4) hours with the aim of strengthening the leadership skills of the pre -persons.The first person coaching includes the followingLocal Coaching Parts:- Self-Leadership and Work Leadership Leadership- Challenging Pre-person Situation- Multidisciplinary Lead
