• Description:
• The construction work includes the pre-construction work of the Sigurd Frosterius park in accordance with the tender documents, with all works and purchases fully completed. The builder is the City of Helsinki's urban environment department's Public Areas service, which also acts as a customer in accordance with YSE 98. The work according to the contract documents must be completed and received, and the inspections required by the authorities and inspection bodies must be held with approval 31.3.2028.Interim goal: dredging and filling work in the area completed by 30.4.2027.The form of the contract is an overall contract, in which the contractor selected for the work acts as the main contractor acting as the main contractor as intended by YSE and the legislation. from the contract limit appendix.
