This announcement is a prior notice and an invitation to market dialogue. This notification is not a contract notice, the invitation to tender and the publication of the notification will not begin the tender.

This is to the heart of Malminkartano High school, upper and primary school, and preschool and library. The amount of the refurbished share is 3915 brm2 and the extension size is 4783 brm2. The size of the library new building is 1365 BRM2. The school buildings are 2-storey and the library single-storey (engine room on 2nd floor).
School was completed in 1985.
The project's renovation and extension work and new construction are described in the project plans.
Construction work starts at the earliest 6/2027.
